Yoga has been a such support for me physically, mentally and emotionally and, also for many of my students over the years.

Come and celebrate International Yoga Day 2022 with me on Sunday again.

I am offering as a free class to get together as community, to experience those amazing health benefits that yoga has to offers. We will take this practice outside - in the Bedford Park. Come and immerse yourself in nature, enjoy a space, nature and connection. Slow, gentle movements to unable us to connect with breath with safe transitions and, equally feel energized and alive. 
Everyone is welcome, no experience needed. Just come as you are!

Vegan delicious cake will be served. Bring your own drink and your friend. :-)
