DESCRIPTION: Step into the circle of connection with Mandala Vinyasa Flow, a transformative practice that honours the natural rhythms of life. This monthly online class combines dynamic, circular movements with breath-led transitions to guide you through a meditative yet energising flow.

Each session is inspired by one of the four elements—Earth, Water, Fire, or Air—connecting you to nature and your inner world. As we flow 360° around the mat, you’ll experience balance, fluidity, and grounding, creating space for self-discovery and inner harmony.

Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, this inclusive class offers modifications and challenges to suit your journey. Together, we’ll explore strength, flexibility, and mindfulness, leaving you feeling aligned, refreshed, and deeply centered.

Come join us each month for this sacred time to reset, connect, and move with intention. 6 months minimum of yoga practice and a familiar with a flow style. Will be slow but we will flow.  🌿✨
