Take a moment or 45mins in this case, to turn your attention inward. In this practice, we will be observing and bringing your focus inwards.

Allowing yourself to slow down and allowing body to rest. Supporting your body with wonderful props, bringing more comfort to your body so can relax and bring awareness to inner you.

Prepare:
2 yoga blocks or 3 if you have
bolster
cushion
2 blankets or even 3
