Description
This an hour Yin class will be moving through passive floor poses. Focusing on targeting deep connective tissue by holding each pose for up to 5mins, working on hips, lower back, inner thighs and pelvis which are rich in connective tissue.

Yin yoga improves energy flow and enhance energy flow to the organs and improves our mood mentally and releases an old emotional tension which we tend to store in our hips.

Prepare: a yoga bolster, 2x blocks and 2x blankets for extra support throughout.
