We will begin with a short meditation to set the Intention for the practice. Prepare your self for energising Vinyasa flow sequences; focusing on support and strength from the ground up! Playing with few different inversion to shift your perspective. We will also include really lovely long, relaxing Savasana.
Suitable for those with at least 3 months regular practice but modification will be given to all. We will be using props e.g. chair to get you into inversion pose safely and effectively. It's going to be fun a couple of hours.
