Only few Restorative poses, being in the pose for up to 10-15 mins each pose to really allow for deep relaxations with a support of the props so you can totally let go.
Allow yourself, allow your body to feel completely relax and create a sense of rest with this 60mins of rejuvenating yoga practice.
No experience needed.
Get ready your yoga mat, 3 blankets, 2x hand towels, two yoga blocks and, a cushion. ( A yoga bolster and an eye pillow for more comfort and deeper relaxation )
We will also use yoga belt.
