Allow yourself, allow your body, allow your mind to feel completely relax, create a sense of rest and, awakening in this 60mins practice; the last practice of our 31 days of Yoga challenge in January.

We begin with Nadi Shodhana Pranayama ( Alternative nostril breathing ) and, few Restorative pose and finish off with Yoga Nidra.

No experience needed. Get ready your yoga mat, a couple of blankets, two yoga blocks and, a cushion. ( A yoga bolster and a eye pillow for more comfort and deeper relaxation )
