We begin with Nadi Shodhana Pranayama ( Alternative nostril breathing ) and, few Restorative pose and finish off with Yoga Nidra.
No experience needed. Get ready your yoga mat, a couple of blankets, two yoga blocks and, a cushion. ( A yoga bolster and a eye pillow for more comfort and deeper relaxation )
