Alignment base Hatha Yoga focusing on shoulders and strengthening the whole upper body.
Using a strap esp. Dolphin pose to keep shoulders in place and making a pose more accessible to all. Moving through strengthening asanas to create strength in the upper body. Also, balancing through Half moon pose, Dancer pose ( engaging upper body and using a belt ) , and working towards the Inversions.
Yoga strap and 2 yoga blocks for a support.
