Two styles in one practice - bringing together the benefits passively holding yoga poses with more dynamic sequences and standing postures.

Yin poses are usually on the floor and are held for longer period between 2-5mins to activate more connective tissues and joints in the body. Yin practice can feel quite mediative. Yang in contrast is with more active poses to bring more blood flow, building strength, stamina and flexibility. Two together bring both balance and equanimity in to this practice.

You wil need:
a cushion
2 blocks
1 or 2 blankets
1 yoga bolster ( 2 additional cushions instead if you haven't got bolster )
