Mixture between standing and seated poses with a focus on Spine elongation. Activating muscles around the spine. Visualising on creating a space and length in the spine, bring awareness to the entire body space to create strong, supple spine - because all yoga asanas ( poses ) originated from the spine.

Suitable for all levels.
