Come and celebrate International Yoga Day 2021 on the mat.

Yoga has numerous health benefits - whether you are looking for strength and flexibility. Relieves pains and stress in the body, calms the mind, makes you sleep better, yoga increase your energy level and you sleep better. Yoga practice can be dynamic but also there are many styles of yoga which are slow paced or in stillness where you focus mainly on breathing, your body sensation and deep relaxation. Yoga is healing and transformational as I experienced on many occasions.
There is a yoga style for everyone.

On International Yoga Day, I will offer a free session which will be suitable for everyone. For any level even for those who are complete beginners. We will begin with gentle breathing and move through slow paced yoga sequences to bring more space in the body, and mind and to create a sense of relaxation.

If the wether not permits to be outdoors, the session won't be happening. You can either claim your free session when we are next practicing outdoors.

Bring: yoga mat and a small cushion and, yourself, just as you are.
