DESCRIPTION: In this meditation all you will be required to do is lay comfortably on your mat while you are guided by the singing bowls and gong  through a New Moon meditation.

Wear loose clothes and Bring a mat, any props to keep you comfortable on the floor, blanket, water, journal if you'd like. The studio has some mats and props so please contact me to reserve anything you might need. Studio is upstairs!
