DESCRIPTION: In this meditation practice all you will be required to do is lay comfortably on your mat while you are guided by the singing bowls and gong through a New Moon meditation.

Wear loose clothing, bring a mat, any props to keep you comfortable on the floor, blanket, eye pillow, pillow, water, journal if you'd like. The studio does have extra mats and other props so please contact me to reserve anything you might need. Just a reminder the studio is upstairs.
