DESCRIPTION: This will be a session where we celebrate the Spring Equinox, the New Moon, and my birthday 

We'll start our time together setting intentions with a flower mandala, flowing into breathwork that lead to a short, very gentle yoga practice that EVERYONE can do. Our yoga practice will lead directly to a sound meditation that will take up most of our time together.

This is a time for YOU!! A time for you to prepare yourself for the new season ahead and a time to start to think about the seeds you will be planting (literally and figuratively).

Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, wear comfy clothes, water, journal, whatever you need to lay/sit comfortably on the floor.
