DESCRIPTION: Join us New Year’s Eve for a black-light experience designed to move energy, release the year behind you, and welcome what’s next. This New Year’s Eve, we’re celebrating with movement that helps your body release what words can’t.

We’ll begin with a Glowga flow under black lights, grounding, energizing, and connective. Then we’ll transition into a 30-minute experience, starting with intentional somatic shaking to discharge stagnant energy and nervous-system stress.
As the music builds, the structure drops away, turning into open, free movement where you’re invited to let loose, follow your intuition, and move without performance or expectation.
