This gentle class blends a few supported restorative yoga poses with the grounding vibrations of the gong and sound instruments. Using bolsters, blankets, and longer-held shapes, the body is invited into deep rest while sound helps quiet the mind and support relaxation.

No yoga experience is needed. This is a practice of slowing down, receiving, and allowing the body to unwind from the stress and stimulation of everyday life.
Come cozy and comfortable. All props provided.
