DESCRIPTION: Step into a deeply immersive healing experience designed to quiet the mind, soften the body, and support your nervous system.

This 90 minute Sacred Sound Journey is led by Raven McBride and guided through the vibrations of crystal bowls, gong, and other sound instruments, creating space for deep rest and inner stillness.

Throughout the session, Reiki practitioners Ema and Kim will move intentionally through the space, offering intuitive, hands-on energy work to those they feel called to.

Reiki works to balance and restore the body’s energy, while sound helps guide you into a deeply meditative, restorative state. Together, they create space for release, recalibration, and gentle healing.

This is your time to fully let go… to stop holding everything together… and simply receive.
