DESCRIPTION: Join me for an evening of gentle movement, meditation, and deep rest as we create space to reconnect with the heart. Please bring a journal if you'd like to write, along with anything that helps you feel comfortable during relaxation.

We'll begin with a slow, heart-centered practice designed to release tension through the chest, shoulders, and upper back, inviting openness in both body and mind. From there, you'll settle into a loving-kindness meditation followed by an extended sound meditation, allowing the body and mind to fully soften into stillness.

We'll close the evening with quiet reflection and optional journaling...a chance to notice what has shifted, what your heart is holding, or simply to capture whatever arises from the experience.

No experience is necessary. Come exactly as you are, this is a space to slow down, soften, and simply receive.
