This class blends gentle restorative yoga with hands-on Reiki energy healing in an intimate setting (limited to 12 participants). You’ll be fully supported with bolsters, blankets, and props as we settle into long-held, nourishing poses designed to calm the nervous system and soften the body.
As you rest, Reiki and intentional touch will be offered to each participant, creating space for energetic balance, emotional release, and deep relaxation.
Perfect for anyone feeling overwhelmed, depleted, or simply craving stillness.
