DESCRIPTION: Start your Saturday with a happy heart yoga session. It’s the season of giving and this class is free to you with a non-perishable food donation to the local food bank. The donations collected on Saturday December 9th & 16th will be brought to our local food bank in January, when its inventory is commonly low. At JBYS we genuinely care about you, our community and our collective well being. No one should be without at any time, but especially at Christmas.
