Class is located at the Garden Village Association Community Centre, Rosewood Ave, Newcastle upon Tyne NE3 5DD. This is within the Garden Village Estate behind the Asda in Gosforth. There is street parking available on the opposite side from the centre.

Please park on the opposite side of the centre or on one of the side streets.

Wear warm, comfy, clothes, including socks. As the body relaxes it will chill and it's not nice to feel cold when you're trying to be restored :)
Bring a yoga mat and a couple blankets (maybe even two mats if you like extra padding!). The blankets are to keep you warm. It's important that you feel cozy so if you are a person who feels the cold, definitely bring lots of things to keep warm.
