Thank you for your interest in the beginner Yoga course which begins on Wednesday the 2nd of June 6-7 and will run for 6 weeks. It will include the following dates:


The course is designed to build up your strength and flexibility over a 6 week period so you feel confident to enter any Yoga class. It will also teach you the value of your breath and techniques for relaxation. Each week there will be a review of what was learned in the previous week so if you are unable to attend a class for any reason you won't be left behind.

As spaces are limited, the course fee is not refundable. However, it is transferable to another course in certain situations. Please get in touch with any questions/issues.

The course is at the Kingston Park Community Centre which is just next to the Kingston Park metro station and the large Tesco. Class is in the main hall which is straight ahead of you when you enter the building. There are toilets with space to change if you are coming straight from work.

Please bring a yoga mat with you. Due to Covid 19 I will not be providing mats.

I'm aware that 6pm can be a tricky time with traffic. Please don't worry if you are ever running late. I'm not strict, just come in whenever you arrive.

If it's possible please arrive a little early at the first session so I can personally greet you and discuss any health conditions/injuries/problem areas.

Should there be any disruption because of Covid 19, the course will be rescheduled.
