Our first Day Retreat could be made for you 💜
Thursday 25th August. 10am-4pm. Mirfield.
We'll start the day with a Welcoming Circle, hot drinks, grounding and intention-setting to help you settle in before we go into our first yoga and meditation session. 🧘‍♀️ 
This will be followed by a journalling session where prompts will be provided to gently guide your imagination then we will share lunch which each of us will have brought a dish to create. 🧡
After lunch we will have some activations to enliven the body after eating and a Weleda & Neals Yard Wellness session including some self massage with techniques that you can then repeat at home. 💚
Well have another yoga session followed by meditation and the day will be rounded off by gratitude sharing. You'll be able to choose from some natural and organic Weleda body oils to use during the day and you'll receive your own oil to use for self-massage which you can take away with you to enhance your practice at home ❤️
You'll leave feeling nourished, fully connected to self, with a full cup and some tools to use at home during those times when your cup might start to feel a little empty. 💛
