To strengthen and stretch these target areas we hold the poses for anywhere between 2- 5 minutes utilizing directional breathing techniques. This provides deep relaxation, internal bodily awareness, the ability to recognize and respect our boundaries, and stimulates meridians and organs. Many modifications are provided along with cushions, blankets, and blocks to adjust the practice to exactly what your body needs for easy relaxation.

In this practice we utilize the power of sound while focusing on voice and hand coordination. Perform eye exercises to stimulate awareness and work on retinal muscles. Perform breathing techniques to build up stamina and bring awareness to your breathe. The body is then taken through four planes of movement while in flow with the breath. Power and flexibility are restored through repetitive cycles of postures. Class ends with an active body relaxation and a meditative process to assimilate the effects of the class.

Start your weekend wind-down in total relaxation. In this class we hold space for you to unwind and let go of all the stresses and tension of the week through guided meditation and massage exchange.

You and a partner will experience the wonders that Nuad Bo Rarn - better known as Thai Yoga Massage - have to offer. During this class you will be lead to through a series of dynamic & passive yoga stretches that work to increase flexibility and blood flow combined with acupressure techniques which focus on releasing tension and energy blockages in the body.
All of which is given & received while remaining aware of our breath, allowing you to reconnect with your physical and subtle bodies and leaving you feeling rejuvenated, re-energized and ready to enjoy the weekend.

Due to COVID restrictions, all participants must book in conjunction with a partner that you are already in contact/comfortable to exchange physical touch with. A Hatha Flow class is a more dynamic style of Hatha yoga in which the postures follow each other in a flow integrating classical yoga components. Linking breath with movement the strengthening and energetic postures are alternated with more relaxing postures and breathing exercises.

This class offers a variety of modifications to support every body—fun non-intimidating options for newer students and challenging variations for more advanced students. This Hatha practice is designed to strengthen and align your body while also calming your mind in preparation for meditation as we transition into the Yoga Nidra part of the class.

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation known as yogic sleep. It is a conscious relaxation practice that is intended to induce total physical, mental, and emotional relaxation, as well as setting intentions for personal transformation.

This class is primarily based in Hatha Yoga principles infused with breathwork and movement influences from a variety of yoga disciplines and ends with a meditation. We will pay attention to alignment and how to enter an asana (posture) practice in a stable and healthy way. We will go through a flow of movements accompanied by sounds while giving love and attention to our spines. We will work with the breath as well as opening our voices through the practice of chanting. This class offers support and encouragement for you to find your own way into your practice and take the tools you need to build your own kind of prayers.

The class takes place in a circle to: create a shared energy in the room, break down the student-teacher dynamic, open the space for exchange, and support you in finding your teacher within.

All levels welcome.

Start your weekend wind-down in total relaxation. In this class we hold space for you to unwind and let go of all the stresses and tension of the week through guided meditation and massage exchange.

You and a partner will experience the wonders that Nuad Bo Rarn - better known as Thai Yoga Massage - have to offer. During this class you will be lead to through a series of dynamic & passive yoga stretches that work to increase flexibility and blood flow combined with acupressure techniques which focus on releasing tension and energy blockages in the body.
All of which is given & received while remaining aware of our breath, allowing you to reconnect with your physical and subtle bodies and leaving you feeling rejuvenated, re-energized and ready to enjoy the weekend.

Due to COVID restrictions, all participants must book in conjunction with a partner that you are already in contact/comfortable to exchange physical touch with. As with most physical activities, there can be some positions/movements performed during the class that have contraindications therefore we request that you complete this short medical/intake form through the link below before attending the class to make sure you are fit to participate.

Half Vinyasa Flow and Half Yin - the perfect practice to strengthen and energize the body, and at the same time, relax and restore energy levels.

The Yang-part is compromised of an easy-to-follow vinyasa flow that will strengthen and tone the body, teach breath-body connection, and stimulate the deeper organs and muscle groups. The Yin-part focuses on the deep stretching of the connective tissues, where we restore and replenish the physical body in deep relaxation and cultivate a meditative mind.

Yin Yang Yoga is a wonderful practice for it’s all-around attention to the physical, mental, and emotional qualities of Yoga.

In this class you will learn to develop a full awareness that will leave you feeling balanced, energized, and restored. A perfect practice to reset your energy at the end of the week and get a fresh new start.

A Hatha Flow class is a more dynamic style of Hatha yoga in which the postures follow each other in a flow integrating classical yoga components. Linking breath with movement the strengthening and energetic postures are alternated with more relaxing postures and breathing exercises.

This class offers a variety of modifications to support every body—fun non-intimidating options for newer students and challenging variations for more advanced students. This Hatha practice is designed to strengthen and align your body while also calming your mind in preparation for meditation as we transition into the Yoga Nidra part of the class.

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation known as yogic sleep. It is a conscious relaxation practice that is intended to induce total physical, mental, and emotional relaxation, as well as setting intentions for personal transformation.

This class is half warm and dynamic and half cooling and calming. We start with the "breath of fire" to warm up our body and cleanse the nostrils. Then we jump right into the dynamic part of the standing series. Second half of the class we find our way on the mat where we practice 3 Principles of Gravity Yoga to stretch, relax, and connect with ourselves.
