There can be many excuses you tell yourself why yoga is not for you. For example, "I am not flexible enough" or "it's not for my body type/lifestyle" etc. Anything new that we try can seem intimidating in our minds if we let it. The only way to overcome this fear is to try! Allow me to show you why yoga is for everyone and every body! Do not let any of these thoughts or feelings holding you back from coming to class. All you have to do is consciously commit yourself to this new challenge and support will be offered by means of props and modifications so that you feel comfortable. In this class you'll learn the foundations of yoga. Focus is spent on alignment and connecting with the breath. Get into your body, breathe, and smile your way to discovering the bountiful benefits of yoga.
