Yin poses are designed to work your connective tissues and tend to feel like a deep stretch as they increase your range of motion and clear your energetic pathways. Restorative poses give the body much less sensation and are designed to activate your parasympathetic nervous system (your natural, nurturing Rest and Digest state of calm). Poses are held for some time, up to 5 minutes. During the poses Seth encourages you to stay with the breath, go inside and let go where you can. Leaving you feeling supple, content, and confident. Suitable for all levels.
