In this practice we utilize the power of sound while focusing on your voice and hand coordination. Apply an eye exercise to stimulate your awareness and center you into yourself. Focus on breathing techniques to build up your stamina. We then take the body through four planes of movement while in flow with the breath. Restore power and flexibility in the body through repetitive cycles of postures. We end with a relaxation which asks you to actively relax your body and feel the effects of the class you just had.
