This class is suitable for anyone who would like to experience the powerful combination of Yogic breathwork (Pranayama), Yoga Nidra, and Mindful Meditation.
In this class you will learn several easy breathing techniques to calm and ground yourself. Pranayama helps you to soothe the mind preparing it for meditation while increasing and vitalizing your lung capacity. Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) is a profound relaxation practice to re-energize the body and mind. Mindful meditation helps you to create clarity, inner wisdom, and a feeling of well-being while letting go of stress.
*In between these practices, we will do some standing asanas/movements, so you are not still the whole time
