Vinyasa based practice that helps to gently wake up the body and bring energy for the day ahead!
Classes start with an initial relaxation and then warming up the spine and rest of the body. After this you’re invited to move through gentle and sometimes invigorating yoga postures! After this class you will feel ready to take whatever is coming your way with open arms, a light heart, and a smile on your face.
