DESCRIPTION: This will be a special candle lit celebration of Winter Solstice in which we will do 18 slow and steady sun salutations - they become like a meditation. You can rest whenever you like. Traditionally you do 108 but I thought 18 would be enough this year! We'll end with a gentle warm down, restorative poses and breathing practice and relaxation. Drinks and nibbles will be shared at the end of class
