My love of yoga led me to complete Teacher Training with the wonderful Ian Davis of OrangeYoga. This has been a life changing experience: yoga has taught me how to breathe, has created strength and flexibility in my body and in my mind, and helped me be kinder to myself and others, on and off the mat. I love teaching and I love learning. As well as being a yoga teacher, I also teach English at a secondary school in Coventry. One of the joys of teaching is being able to connect with people and to create a supportive space for learning and playful exploration.
