DESCRIPTION: This class is sort of Dantayama (rehab) yoga lite. We use many of the same elements and premise, “Support = Release” as in the Dantayama classes. The main difference is, we will be modifying poses and more propping applied for folks that have limitations and restrictions of movement. While in a particular pose, I come around and offer an adjustment in order for an individual to have the experience of how it would feel if they were further along in their yoga practice.
