DESCRIPTION: This class will be 55 minutes long, with a break and then a Tibetan Singing Bowl session from 7.15 - 8.30pm afterwards.  The singing bowl session is optional and by donation (suggested $10). 

This is an in person class. All equipment is provided. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring water. For allergy reasons, we are a scent-free zone. No perfumes or strong smelling deodorants, body lotions etc. If you are exhibiting symptoms of cough, colds or anything related to COVID-19 please stay home.
