DESCRIPTION: A gathering for a quiet meditation on Zoom while I guide also people live my yoga studio.  All welcome we will sit, sometimes guided, sometimes in silence, sometimes walking, sometimes in inquiry, sometimes in honour of our ancestors, our loved ones, our world.  This is a creative reflective space for contemplation every 3rd Thursday of the Month. By donation (suggested offering $10-$20 but no one held back for financial reasons).
