DESCRIPTION: 🍂 The Autumn Gathering
Rest. Reflect. Release.

Think less workshop… more a cosy autumn evening.
Three hours to slow down before winter arrives, with movement, yin, deep rest, nidra (sleep), tea and treats.
I’m keeping this one really small - just 8 places.
