A 2.5-hour Katungal movement experience designed to get you out of your head and back into your body.

Expect strong vinyasa, music, breath, somatic movement, instinctive movement, shaking, release and deep rest.

This isn’t about perfect poses or ‘performing’. It’s about moving honestly, taking up space and feeling a little more alive.

All levels welcome. You do not need to be flexible or experienced, just have a body that’s willing to show up, exactly as you are.
