General terms of Kinesis Holland
Your appointment is very important to us and it is reserved especially for you. We realise that there are many things that can come up in people’s day to day lives.
If you need to cancel your class, you can do so via your account on the website or the app up to 24-hours prior to your class start time. Any late-cancellations (made less than 24 hours prior to class start) and non-cancellations are charged in full.
While truly sympathetic, when a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen. In fairness to all clients as well as to teachers, this policy is in effect regardless of the reason for the cancellation.
If you forget to cancel or if the cancellation window is already closed at the time of your cancellation, this is regarded as a late cancel. There will be no refund. If your preferred teacher is not available due to sickness / other reason, a substitute teacher will be offered.
