DESCRIPTION: A one day retreat in Bern. A day to connect to ourselves and others, inviting a sense of depth & slowness in our practice.
Program:
- 9:30-12:00 extended practice (pranayama & workshop-like slow vinyasa)
- 12:00-13:30 shared potluck (plant-based) by the river
- 13:30-15:30 chill, talks & swims in the river
- 16:00-17:00 a (very) brief history of yoga
- 17:00-18:30 soft yin practice
