Classes are a vinyasa style class accessible for mixed levels. Even if you haven't done yoga before.
Some important information:
- You should book in advance (although you can pay on the day)
- Please bring your own mat if you can, (I can provide mats by prior arrangement)
-Layers! I recommend bringing plenty of layers, again Scottish weather. You'll want options for during practice and to be able to bundle up for savasana and after
