A dynamic vinyasa flow class, options will be given so yogis at all levels can find some challenge and strength as well as flexibility and relaxation.

Starting out with some dynamic (yang) flow to build strength and heat, softening down to longer holds in yin poses to focus on flexibility and relaxation.

Regular weekly classes. Come regularly or drop in when you can.
These are relaxed classes and we will adapt each week to suit the yogis in class.
Whatever your experience or physical ability please feel welcome to attend!

This is a steady paced classed designed to be accessible to yogis of most abilities.
Please bring your own mats and props!
By prior arrangement I can bring a limited number of these things.

2 blissful hours of restorative yoga with therapeutic hands on assists.
Restorative yoga is a very slow and restful style of yoga where we stay in poses for long period heavily supported to allow the body to soften and open into deep rest.
To further this experience in each asana (pose) you will receive hands on assists to help you benefit further from the practice.
Trust me you'll float out on cloud 9!
