DESCRIPTION: Twerk Training is there to improve our technique and physical condition as twerkers, or just to enjoy a fun twerk class without a choreo. We will explore variations and combinations of the basic moves and more complex moves. We will also work on mobility, strength and flexibility. Expect lots of repetition and diverse dynamics and group exercises. You will come out feeling light and powerful!

For music, expect mainly Reggaeton / Latin, Dancehall, Afrobeats and Hip-Hop.
