DESCRIPTION: In the first half of the class you will enjoy a candlelight yoga practice to release tension and prepare the body for rest. The second half of class will be Yoga Nidra, a practice that will restore your nervous system: you will  lie down with blankets and pillows and let yourself be led in guided meditation into a healing state, coming out refreshed and ready for the best sleep of your week!

This will be a 9-class bundle (you can purchase the bundle for 195CHF or use an existing class card if you have one).
