General terms of Lara M. Gómez Yoga&Doula
Class Purchase: Classes can be purchased as Single Class or as part of a 10-Class Card and paid in cash or by bank transfer. 10-Class Cards do not expire.
Modifications made to teaching schedules: Changes can occur at any time. Changes will be notified to students in a timely manner, and will be reflected on Lara M. Gomez' momoyoga page.
Whenever there are less than 2 students (in-person and online combined) signed up for a class one hour before class, the class will be canceled, and any student signed up will be notified.
In-person classes are held at a venue selected by Lara M. Gómez (a yoga studio or another suitable location). As a student, I agree that neither Lara M. Gómez, nor the venues are in any way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I attend class.
As an adult student, I understand that yoga classes may be physically strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death. I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Lara M. Gómez or the venues where classes are held for any personal injury, property damage or loss, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Online classes are transmitted via zoom. As a student, I will need access to a device and will need to download this software to participate.
Collection of Information: Lara M. Gómez will collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by students. This information is only used to fulfill your specific request, and occasionally to keep you updated about new classes, cancellations and other news related to Lara M. Gómez yoga and doula offerings.
