Join for 25 minutes of movement, animal/yoga poses and sounds, songs, and breathing practices for calming!
Caregivers may join in the class (required for younger kids) or watch from the window. All participants must sign a release form. This series meets 6 times, starting Oct 31, skipping Nov 21, and ending on Dec 12.
