The classes are open to all levels (Beginners to intermediate) You do not need to come with a partner. Bring comfortable clothes and something to drink. Mats are provided. Have a look at the class schedule. All classes will have a bit of AcroYoga and handstand but some will focus more on inversions (handstand and co.).
