DESCRIPTION: Join me for a 60 minute handstand class. This class is suitable for all levels of practitioners. If you are staring your journey with headstand or can already hold your free handstand for a while you will surely be challanged during this class. 
We generally do a warm up, followed by different drills to get your body ready for inversions and then finish the class with some long holds. 
No props required.
