DESCRIPTION: Join me for a 60 minute handstand class. This class is suitable for all levels. 
No matter, if you are only staring your journey with headstand or can already hold your free handstand for a while you will surely be challenged during this class.
We will do a warm up, followed by different drills to get your body ready for inversions and then finish the class with some long holds.
No props required.
