Lars will offer an introductory workshop into the world of AcroYoga. During the workshop you will get to know the diversity of this form of movement. The workshop is suitable for beginners, but also for those who already have some experience and want to deepen their knowledge.

Through different exercises we will mainly introduce the Solar side (dynamic and acrobatic), but also take a detour into the Lunar side (relaxing and healing). Furthermore, the different roles in AcroYoga will be looked at in detail, the spotter/coach, base and flyer.

Prerequisites:

You do not need any previous experience or a partner to participate in this workshop. Please come in comfortable yoga clothes and your water bottle.
