Join Gabe & Lars for a 3h immersion into yoga & breathwork
It’s community time and we feel like giving back and sharing with you the things we love most. That’s why we decided to offer you this workshop First Lars will guide you through a short and heartwarming yoga asana sequence. The sequence will be themed around a special aspect, there might be some storytelling and other surprises.
After the movement we will settle onto our backs and Gabe will guide you through a taster of breathwork. Connecting your mind body and spirit in a soft and loving way through connected breathing.
To round everything off we will then come together and close the session with some sharing.
The workshop is open to all levels of experience. The workshop will be free. If you like to make a donation, thats much apprechiated. Suggested donation is 50.- but you can give as much or as little as works for you!
About Gabe:
Gabriel is a trained massage therapist with over 15 years of experience. He is passionate about combining knowledge from Breathwork, Ayurveda, Chinese Medicine, Thai Massage and Cranio-Sacral Therapy. His goal is to encourage people to find liberty through movement, communication and touch. Gabe is well known for his precise way of teaching, big heartedness and unique way of holding space for individuals and groups.
About Lars:
Lars has a huge passion for movement. For him movement is the easiest way of self-discovery and if you really know yourself you know everything. His classes embrace fluidity and leave a lot of room for individual freedom and creativity. Most influential to his teaching and practice is the tradition of classical Tantra and Tibetan Bhuddism. His classes are always accompanied by curated playlist and the occasional laugh.
