I am a trained yoga teacher: 75h Jivamukti Spiritual Warrior (2025, Lisbon), 250h Power Vinyasa Flow (2018/19, Berlin).
In my classes, I combine powerful movements with breathing and meditation. Yoga offers us the opportunity to get to know ourselves better and to connect more deeply with both ourselves and others.

The sequence is set and taught in a flowing Vinyasa style. It includes a warm-up sequence, sun salutations, standing asanas, backbends, forward bends, twists, inversions, meditation and relaxation.
The focus of this yoga class is on the connection between breath and movement and on the flowing sequence of postures. The sequence of postures is always the same and therefore easy to learn. The more often you practise this sequence, the more you will notice how your body awareness changes and refines through the asana practice. As the asanas are always the same, you will notice changes very clearly.

About My Yoga Teaching Style
I teach a grounded and holistic style of yoga rooted in Hatha and Integral Yoga traditions. Since completing my training in Integral Yoga in 2016, I’ve continued deepening my practice through a 500-hour teacher training and studies in Ayurveda, which I weave into my classes to support balance, digestion, and overall vitality.
My classes emphasize the connection between mind, body, and breath, offering space for stress reduction, mindfulness, self-awareness, and self-love. While the pace is often slower and more intentional, that doesn’t mean it’s easy—slower movement requires deeper engagement, and students are always encouraged to tune into their bodies and choose the level of intensity that feels right for them in each moment.
I believe that yoga is a personal journey. Each person arrives with a different story, and I honor that by creating space where you can meet yourself with compassion and grow in your own time and way.
